Additional delivery time may be required for rural or remote destinations.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Florica experience.

Eligible products may be returned within *30 days of delivery*, provided they are:

* Unused and unburned
* In their original condition
* Returned with the original Florica packaging and presentation box

For safety and quality reasons, candles that have been lit, burned, used, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because fragrance is a personal experience, scent preference alone cannot qualify an opened or burned candle for return.

To request a return, please contact Florica Customer Care before sending your product back. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been approved.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
